MOST INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT

I’m incredibly humbled to announce that I’ve been recognised in the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) : Top 100 Under 25 – UK’s Next Generation Edition, in support of the United Nations’ International Decade for People of African Descent.

I have been recognised in the Social and Community category, this honour highlights some of the incredible opportunities I’ve had to contribute to my community and make an impact:

Community Leadership & Opportunity Creation: As the first Black President of The UoN Fashion Society . As Vice President of UON Advancing Black Careers whilst at University of Nottingham .

Creativity and Innovation: Through my time as an Adobe ambassador, and UGC content creator bringing digital content to life.

Sustainability Advocacy: Championing eco-friendly fashion collaboration with Vinted and sustainable practices in my content creation

Non-profit Engagement: Volunteering at CURE International Children’s Hospital in Zimbabwe and interning as a Policy & Digital Marketing Intern at REALISE NOTTS EYVN

Academic Achievement: Graduating from the Universidad de Zaragoza as part of the Erasmus International Scholarship program at The University of Nottingham.

This recognition is about the communities and organisations I’ve had the privilege to serve. I’m motivated to continue driving change in sustainability, and opportunity creation, and I’m excited for the journey ahead.

A huge thank you to Jonathan Olufowobi and MIPAD for this recognition!
